The Gym has personal trainers available if you have need for a more hands-on approach and guidance. The Gym offers family, couple and individual membership contracts.

Additionally, The Gym offers childcare during prime class times for those with family memberships for no additional charge.  This monitored playroom facility is only available to those children included on membership contracts.  Let our qualified staff member take care of your children while you work out or take a class!  Playroom hours are conveniently scheduled in the morning from 7:45 – 10:15 Monday through Friday and in the evenings from 4:30 – 7:30 Monday through Thursday; there is no childcare option on Friday evenings.
